Using this website or completing the diagnostic form does not create an attorney-client relationship. AccountRights is an intermediary platform. If your case is referred to a partner attorney, any relationship is between you and that attorney directly.

You agree to provide accurate information when using our diagnostic form. You understand that the quality of any diagnostic depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. You must not use the platform to submit false or fraudulent claims.
AccountRights operates a hybrid model. (1) Fixed-price products (recovery toolkit, personalised registered letter, formal notice by an attorney) are sold directly by AccountRights at the prices displayed on the website, inclusive of VAT. (2) For full case handling, AccountRights provides a free referral to an independent partner attorney. You then enter into a fee agreement directly with that attorney and pay them directly. AccountRights receives a fixed referral fee paid by the partner attorney, independent of the fee amount and case outcome. No amount is deducted from what you pay the attorney.

AccountRights provides information on an as-is basis and does not guarantee any specific outcome. For fixed-price products, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned. For free referrals, AccountRights acts solely as an intermediary and bears no liability for the legal services provided by the partner attorney. The attorney's services are governed by the fee agreement concluded directly between you and the attorney.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Belgium. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain applicable. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts under Belgian law or, for consumers, the court of their domicile in accordance with the Brussels I bis Regulation.
