Your entire account and all associated content have been permanently deleted by the platform with no option to restore data. Unlike suspension, deletion is irreversible through normal channels—your profile, posts, messages, and follower list are gone. Platforms rarely explain why accounts are deleted, and deleted accounts cannot access the platform's help system to appeal.

Canada is not governed by EU regulations (DSA, P2B) but has consumer protection laws and contract law protecting wrongfully suspended accounts. Canadian courts have jurisdiction to hear account suspension disputes based on breach of contract and consumer protection statutes. Canada also recognizes French court judgments, making a French award enforceable in Canada under certain conditions.
