AccountRights is a legal-technology platform published by Capritora SRL. It offers fixed-price products (recovery toolkit, personalised registered letter, formal notice drafted by an attorney) and provides free referrals to independent partner attorneys for full case handling. AccountRights is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, representation, or act as a substitute for attorney-client relationships. All formal legal representation is provided exclusively by independent partner attorneys admitted to their respective bars.
The preliminary review of your case is free. Fixed-price products (toolkit, letter, formal notice) are sold directly by AccountRights at the prices displayed on the website, inclusive of VAT. For full case handling, the referral to a partner attorney is free for the user. You then enter into a fee agreement directly with that attorney and pay them directly. AccountRights receives a fixed referral fee paid by the partner attorney, independent of the fee amount and case outcome. No amount is deducted from what you pay the attorney.
Me André Roussard, attorney admitted to the Paris Bar (Toque D889), coordinates the legal quality of cases handled by the AccountRights partner attorney network. Cases are handled by the competent partner attorney in the user's jurisdiction.
